Twice an expat, and mother of a med student I know firsthand what it’s like to feel completely alone as a parent, moving countries, experiencing “depleted mom syndrome,” pursuing a career as a single mom, rearranging life as an empty nester and mother of an adult, and even falling face down as a fresh skateboarder.
I’m passionate about talking about something that often gets quietly ignored - midlife women. You know, the women who don’t quite fit into the “traditional motherhood” narrative anymore, but are also not anywhere near retirement conversations either. Society tends to split attention between maternity and retirement, but women between 40 and 55 are often standing right in the middle of those two worlds while navigating menopause, rethinking careers, emotionally supporting adult children, and also caring for ageing parents. It’s a season of massive life shifts, identity questions, and a lot of emotional and practical multitasking.
Grounded in science, psychology, and modern motherhood practices, I believe real growth happens through trying, failing, learning, trying again, and eventually getting it right, not by manifesting only.
I speak to encourage women to challenge outdated narratives about what life “should” look like, support each other more, stop chasing the impossible idea of perfect balance, and instead focus on where they are truly needed, and where they feel most alive right now.

MY TALKS
Women in a Man’s Business: Why Working Hard Gets Us Noticed but Not Promoted
General, Diversity and Inclusion, Women in Tech, Inspirational

Coming from my business experience, this talk explores workplace visibility, delegation, and how motherhood intersects with leadership and professional identity within gendered systems.
In this speech, we’ll learn:
why delegating both at home and at work is essential for your health; how to recognise and avoid the burnout of what I call “Depleted Mom Syndrome,” We will touch the myth of balance for working moms and the self-guilt it brings, and why women often compete with each other instead of supporting one another.
❖ This session is for women who love what they do, are ready to step up, and are prepared to go big.
Restless and Exhausted: Why “I Did It All Alone” Is Not Something to Be Proud Of
Inspirational, General

This talk is for women who are praised for doing it all on their own, and who have learned to wear exhaustion like a badge of honor, often without realising the cost it holds.
In this speech, we’ll learn:
how working hard has been historically glorified for women, and how that pride is deeply rooted in emotional patterns passed down through generations. I share why I stopped proudly saying that I raised my daughter alone. We unpack the emotional drive behind “I’ll just do it myself,” why delegating can feel so uncomfortable, and how to start sharing responsibility without losing control or self-worth. Most importantly, this talk looks at the hidden message we send to our children when we insist on carrying everything alone, and why it’s not the lesson we think it is.
❖ Only for those who are ready to give themselves permission to stop carrying everything alone.
I Love My Children, But I Don’t Want Them to Need Me Forever
General, Inspirational

Not about being a perfect mom, but about raising emotionally comfortable, financially aware, and independent humans.
You will hear about:
• Teaching children to feel, name, and express/regulate emotions
• Preparing kids for failure and uncertainty, not only the good times
• Why financial awareness should start long before adulthood
• Should parents guide their kids in choosing studies/careers, and how?
• How to prepare kids for relationships in the future
• How motherhood ego keeps us needed, and keeps kids dependent
• Redefining success as a mother when your child doesn’t need you every minute
❖ Only for moms who are brave enough to let them grow
