The 3 P's of Working with Startups
Leadership, Business Development, Innovation
Why is it so difficult for corporates to work with innovative startups? Obviously, it's not about a lack of resources. What is it then? And how can corporations build a scalable way to work with startups in order to innovate and impact their bottom line?
After working with companies such as ASOS, eBay, Markes & Spencers and others, introducing them to hundreds of startups and building many POCs, I learned first hand what breaks or makes a successful collaboration.
In this session, we will learn about the differences between how startups and corporates work, and create a framework to enable corporations to successfully collaborate with startups.
11 Golden Rules to Successfully Work With International Corporations
Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Business Development, Innovation
You built a product. Congrats! But how can you get the big companies to use your product and become clients?
After working with companies such as ASOS, eBay, Markes & Spencers and others, introducing them to hundreds of startups and building many POCs, I learned first hand what breaks or makes a successful collaboration.
During this workshop, I will share some of the learnings together with concrete examples and open it for participants to practice and get live feedback.
Forget About the Glass Ceiling
Professional Development, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Inspirational, Women in Tech
We often talk about breaking the glass ceiling. I say, f** the glass ceiling!
I was the first woman to ever serve in my role as a Logistic Officer on the northern border of Israel. I was promoted to the position of COO of a company and managed 50 people by the time I was 25. And I became the CEO of my own company, raising millions to build an innovation hub when everyone said it won't be possible. Had I thought about a glass ceiling that needs to be broken, I would never have gotten to any of these places.
I'll share my story, including all the failures along the way and what I learned from each of them, and hopefully will inspire you to go out there and conquer the world - glass ceiling or no ceiling at all.
