I build and raise technology functions — whether they need fixing, founding, or taking to the next level — into one integrated programme: AI governance, engineering standards, architecture review, SDLC transformation, and commercial discipline. Most technology executives are either builders or strategists. I work across both — with architects in a design review, the board on strategy, and the product owners and stakeholders in between. The value is in translating across them so commercial intent and engineering reality move together. A practitioner background lets me challenge engineering decisions at depth. Every team I lead runs against objective KPIs, quality gates, and delivery playbooks, with decisions grounded in evidence.

I write and speak on AI and emerging technology, and compare notes with peers on AI governance, platform strategy, and technology due diligence.
