Tzofnat Peleg-Baker, Ph.D., is an applied social psychologist who collaborates and teaches professionals, students, and others to enhance decision-making through structured and cognitive Reflective Practice aimed at addressing implicit social-psychological barriers. Her transformative, systemic-relational approach is grounded in multidisciplinary research and over twenty years of global experience.
Dr. Peleg-Baker has taught academic courses and designed nonacademic programs that foster constructive and effective human interactions, promoting learning based on dignity and respect. Tzofnat has served as a board member for nonprofit organizations focused on advancing peace and dialogue, and she has conceptualized and led intergroup dialogues around the world. She provides coaching, mediation, and training services to marginalized populations and communities, helping them engage with and grow from diversity, conflicts, and disagreements.
Tzofnat earned a Ph.D. and two Master’s degrees: one in social psychology and education with a focus on transformative conflict and mediation, and another in communication. She has authored professional and academic articles and book chapters covering topics such as dialogue, relational and conflict transformation, and decision-making in third-party interventions.
