As an Investor in ADV her job is to ensure their investments reach the most promising tech-enabled startups growing under the leadership of ambitious founders. A geek at heart, Tong left her career as a Vice President in tech and media investment banking in London to found a data analytics startup in Shanghai -- eventually exited to a industry leading strategic investor. Having herself raised venture funding--she understands the importance of building lasting relationships between entrepreneurs and the investors who support them. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and an BEng in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
