Tolu Ajibola is a seasoned Operations professional, and currently works as an Operations Manager at a leading global transport tech company in Europe. In this role, she drives strategic commercial initiatives to execution across global markets, including Europe, the Americas, APAC, and Africa. She is also the Co-founder of HerSynergy, supporting mid to senior level women in the EMEA region through mentorship, education, and networking.

With experience spanning B2B SaaS, Fintech, Energy, Insurance, and Social Enterprises, Tolu’s expertise in operational streamlining and strategy has driven business growth and market expansion. An engineer by training, she blends technical proficiency with strategic insight.
