Over 30 years of experience in Hi-Tech Computer Engineering (HW) with many management and leadership positions.
currently running a leadership advisory company: 1-1 mentoring, working with leadership teams and lecture on design, development, leadership and motivational subjects.
My previous role Senior Vice President at Intel (Executive Team, reporting to Intel CEO) leading the Design Engineering Organization for Intel. Through my career managing design organizations, products development, large, cross site teams delivering the edge technology for companies like Intel, Mellanox and Nvidia.
I am passionate to share my leadership experience and teach, mentor, coach and guide new leaders and teams. I am sharing part of my experience in the book I published in amazon "The Engaging Leader".
