Shirly is an expert in business innovation, strategic partnerships, and entrepreneurship ecosystems, with over a decade of experience working across governments, global corporations, startups, and SMBs.
She served as the Head of Israel’s Economic Mission in South China, where she led multi-million-dollar cross-border partnerships and helped bridge cultural and strategic gaps between global tech players and emerging startups. Later, she led global alliances and opened new markets at HP’s Graphic Solutions Business, driving innovation initiatives and collaborations across sectors.
Shirly is the CEO and Co-founder of a startup focused on creative and strategic ideation with AI, helping brand and marketing teams generate original ideas in an era of content overload. Her platform blends cognitive science, creativity research, and applied AI to augment the "human spark" where it's most crucial to differentiation: at the inception of the idea.
She is also the creator and host of a podcast on creativity and AI (Spotify and Youtube), where she interviews thought leaders, academy, artists, and technologists exploring the evolving relationship between human imagination and emerging technologies.
Her experience covers: diplomacy, entrepreneurship, content creation, and open innovation strategy and her philosophy blends all into one belief:
Collaboration isn’t a soft skill, it’s a strategic force leading to Innovation.
This belief led her to develop the INTERNNOVATION Model: a human-centered framework for collaborative strategy that helps organizations rethink how they build alignment, creativity, and strategic differentiation in the AI era.

How Not to Lose to AI? Innovation in the AI Era
Soft Skills, Inspirational, Innovation, Content, Entrepreneurship, Data / AI / ML

55% of roles will require creative thinking according to the World Economic Forum, yet AI might erode our ability to think creatively if we don’t use it correctly.
As innovation becomes essential to stand out in a world where ideas and products are becoming commodities, finding the human spark within employees and nurturing it becomes imperative. Nurturing individual diversity is the only way to differentiate and stay relevant, both as an innovative organization and, on a more personal level, as an essential employee.
How can we build a culture of innovation and creativity not despite AI, but with it? The answer lies in our ability to be entrepreneurs even within a corporate environment.
This session is based on fascinating conversations I’ve had with experts from interdisciplinary fields on my podcast AI and Creativity (״קם על יוצרו: על בינה מלאכותית ויצירתיות״), along with insights and funny stories from my career working with hundreds of entrepreneurs, from SMBs to startup founders.
