As a product executive with two decades in the software industry (Microsoft, monday.com) my deep understanding of software development pairs seamlessly with my passion for people, customers, and their unique experiences. This passion led me to establish product management courses, particularly tailored to assist product managers early in their careers, and AI workshops to a range of audiences. I host "The product next door" podcast (Hebrew, הפרודקט של השכן) discussing product topics and career stories.
In the gender equality arena, I co-founded LeadWith in 2016 to promote women in tech, and had my own podcast discussing gender.
At my core, I'm driven by the love for people. What truly energizes me is the opportunity to create value for users, students, and everyone I collaborate with.

Smart reply suggestions have recently become available in services and products – from smart mobile keyboards on iOS and Android to reply features included in Gmail, Allo, Linkedin and Cortana in Skype. As we, the users, become more lazy, and these features become more common – how will our behavior be affected? In this session, I’ll explain what drives this evolution and why is it happening now, review some top products who incorporated smart reply features, and discuss the future directions – what are the next steps of this evolution? Are we going to lose our personal touch in online communication and become communication robots?

As AI continues to permeate our lives, it's crucial to recognize that it is not always neutral. From Google Translate to cutting-edge generative AI platforms, we will examine the gender biases present in various technologies. Through engaging examples, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the issue and learn about available tools to address and create a more equitable future.

In 2023, each of us has multiple devices, tons of apps and endless notifications that keep us busy and actually - overwhelmed. We are addicted to technology but our attention span is minimal – we’re lazy when it comes to getting used to something new.
Since we’re already flooded with noise, information and entry points, it’s almost impossible to create new habits. Tools are much more likely to succeed when leveraging existing habits, and using them to provide value to the user without interrupting their natural flow. In this session we’ll better understand what “leveraging habits” means and see some examples of successful products that did it right.
