Even though women have made progress in moving to higher-level leadership positions in organisations they still face incredible challenges. This workshop addresses the issues of women in business, particularly the challenges that women face when climbing the corporate ladder. Research shows that this has less to do with intelligence, education or stamina than with networking and cooperation with one another. In other words the way women network might not only disadvantage their own professional career progression but put other women at a disadvantage as well.
