WHO IS IT FOR? HR Teams who wish to understand barriers to diversity and design solutions to create a diverse workforce Leaders who want to foster innovation and creativity by designing teams that promote diverse perspectives and ideas Individuals who want to tackle biases head-on and help create a more inclusive workplace THE WORKSHOP - SAME SAME, BUT DIFFERENT We all can think of a moment we didn’t fit in or felt excluded – most of us will probably do anything in our power not to feel like that again. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion are such big words when we all just want to feel a real part of something as our true selves. In a hour talk we will try to: fully understand ourselves – stereotypes | biases | microaggressions Get to truly know others – onlyness | privilege Inclusivity works – unique | united
