Recognition acts as a motivation and visibility of the task performed.
-Usually in org. regardless of its headcount, people hardly get any recognition for their efforts, which leads to deep discouragement, which may dip your performance
-One must always ensure that if their work is not getting showcased, then they should have regular talks with leadership and figure out ways to ensure work and you comes into the spotlight, networking is a good way, beyond org. nominate yourself for avenues that could lead to recognition, such as awards, research papers and the likes
-Once you start showcasing your work, you will gradually start getting the recognition that you deserve.
