Sarah Schwab is the Founder and CEO of The Experience Accelerator and co-creator of CultureOS, a framework for designing cultures that can keep pace with AI, complexity, and change. She works at the intersection of leadership, behaviour change, and emerging technology, helping organisations build the trust, adaptability, and human capability needed for the future of work.
Previously, she held senior roles at Heidrick & Struggles, Thunderbird School of Global Management, and the Corporate Executive Board, now Gartner where she worked with C Suite Execs at some of the world's largest companies. She holds a BSc (Hons) from Aston University and an International MBA with distinction from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
