I’m here to help more women take a seat at the table—and on the stage.

After more than 20 years in tech, leading product, engineering, design, and data teams across global organizations, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t just about driving results—it’s about lifting others, especially women, to lead with confidence, clarity, and their own voice.

Today, I serve as General Manager of Business Applications at Payoneer, where I lead a group of 200 people across product, engineering, design, and data. My mission is to create seamless, impactful experiences that serve millions of customers and drive business value at scale.

Before this, I held executive roles as VP of Product and General Manager at companies like Payoneer and Wix—building new business units, driving strategy, and leading large, cross-functional global teams.

While I’ve built and scaled products that reached millions, I’ve also often been the only woman in the room. I know how it feels to be underestimated, to second-guess your voice, and to work twice as hard to be heard. These experiences shaped my leadership style: direct, inclusive, strategic—and deeply human.

I believe in building cultures where people feel safe to speak up, challenge assumptions, and lead authentically. I advocate for psychological safety, mentorship, and representation, because I’ve seen how they unlock innovation, collaboration, and growth.

I’m also fascinated by how AI is transforming the way we build products and make decisions—and how it can be a powerful enabler for leaders and teams when used with intention and empathy.

What drives me is creating meaningful value—for customers, teams, and the business. And more than anything, I care about helping others grow. I mentor rising women leaders and speak about product, leadership, inclusion, and the courage it takes to show up fully—especially in rooms that weren’t built for us.

Whether on stage or behind the scenes, I bring strategy, heart, and a belief that we all rise hi

Not Just a Rewrite: Rethinking the Product When There's No Other Choice

What if your product is thriving—but your tech says otherwise?
What if success becomes the very reason you can’t move forward?

This is the story of a real, mature product with strong market fit, accelerating adoption, and loyal users—but also with 12 years of accumulated tech debt that brought innovation to a halt. For years, the team tried infrastructure rewrites, patches, and workarounds. Nothing worked. Then came the moment of truth: the breaking point.

In this talk, I’ll share how we made the hardest product decision—to rebuild a successful product from scratch. Not for feature parity. Not as a tech rewrite. But as an opportunity to reimagine the product with fresh eyes.

You’ll hear:

How to recognize the signals that it’s time to rebuild (and not just refactor)

A practical framework to make that decision based on data—not gut feeling

How to gain executive buy-in when the ask is to pause short-term value for long-term gain

Tools to lead teams through uncertainty, pressure, and change

The mindset shift from holding on to the past to building what’s truly needed.

This is not a theoretical lecture. It’s a case study with real stakes, real resistance, and real transformation.

If you're a product leader facing the limits of legacy systems—or the fear of letting go of what works—this session will give you the courage, clarity, and practical tools to move forward. Because sometimes, the boldest move isn’t building new—it’s rebuilding what already exists, but better.
