Making New Worlds Possible
Leadership, Innovation, Inspirational, Entrepreneurship, Community / Networking
Most estimations predict humanity reaching Mars at the coming decade and the best way to prepare for it is to hold an analog Mars a-like missions here on earth. There are several Mars simulations centers around the globe, attracting astronauts and researchers from all over the world. One of them is the Israeli D-MARS at the Ramon crater.
D-MARS was established to enable us to dare to dream, to take part at the journey of humanity to the unknown, to fulfil our unique local abilities and resources and become a leading pioneer organization in the field of human spaceflight.
At this lecture we will understand what's required in order to operate a space mission simulation, learn about the similar skills required both from astronauts and us here on earth; skills like innovation, creativity and emotional intelligence, and how can we be productive and influential in times of uncertainty, remote communication, stress and isolation.
