Nati Danor is the founder of Workit- Career Growth, a company she built to help others make the transition from various industries to tech. (as she did from criminal law).
She has become a domain expert and today lectures at known tech companies and universities,
on various topics, such as employee experience and recruitment, personal branding, breaking into high-tech, career growth and social entrepreneurship.
On top of this, Nati sources and recruits executives for leading global startups and enterprises, with a passion for finding employees in underrepresented communities in the Israeli tech ecosystem.
In addition, Nati is a community manager, who founded the FB community named "Lo-Od" for lawyers transitioning into tech.
