MY TALKS
Maestro - How to Orchestrate a Choir of LLMs?
Software Engineering, Data / AI / ML, Backend

Before I became a software engineer, I was a soprano choir singer. I learned that being a good choir singer isn’t just about having a great voice or natural talent. It’s also about blending with others, knowing your part precisely, and following the conductor’s instructions. LLMs can be great solo singers, but they’re not naturally good choir singers.
In this talk, we’ll explore the real-world challenges large organizations face when integrating LLMs into production systems. I’ll share how my team and I tackled these issues by designing a system that enables LLMs to “sing” together in harmony.
We’ll examine several practical strategies for increasing LLM reliability, accuracy, and consistency. Rather than relying on a "prompt and pray" mindset, we’ll look at how building robust systems around LLMs is key to making them truly effective in production.
