Do you want to be more visible and credible as a woman in technology but don’t know where to start? You’re the expert in your field but feel like you lack that voice. There are various things that you'll experience as a woman that will shape how you see and experience your career in technology. If you aren’t speaking up about what you want, you risk co-workers and company leaders not understanding who you are and also don’t have the opportunity to understand your value, and why they should invest in you. A call to action to women feeling like an imposter inside their company and the tech industry. Your unique, non-conforming point of view is why you got into tech and why you should stay in the field.

It's time to stop thinking of yourself as an imposter and start thinking of yourself as an outlier. No matter what your background or professional experience, there is a place for you in technology.   You are on the brink of something great. You’re better than average and that’s what makes you an outlier.
