Mae Kwan is a wellness creative and consultant, speaker, and signed author with Penguin SEA for her upcoming book Get Unstuck. With a background in architecture and energy healing, Mae developed the UNSTUCK™ framework—a gentle yet powerful process that helps individuals and teams heal past wounds, restore inner balance, and ultimately liberate themselves to thrive.

Since 2022, Mae has been honoured to support private clients through one-on-one coaching and corporate teams through live workshops. Mae specialises in guided meditation with sound healing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), integrating these powerful modalities into her transformative coaching and workshops. She is also the creator of the Inner Alignment Method, a meditative process that helps align the body’s energy centres while expanding creative awareness and manifestation power. Trusted for her deep intuitive insight and natural ability to connect the dots, Mae helps clients gently uncover the root causes of what’s keeping them stuck. Her signature UNSTUCK™ framework weaves together these practices with energy balancing and visualisation—inviting clients to release limiting beliefs, rewrite their inner narratives, and awaken their creative potential.

Feeling stuck is often the result of old limiting beliefs and subconscious programming rooted in childhood experiences. In this workshop, Mae guides you through her UNSTUCK™ framework, a gentle yet powerful process to help you identify and release these hidden patterns, restore balance, and step confidently into your true potential.

The workshop is divided into three parts:

Stage 1: You’ll learn how to recognise the false beliefs and unresolved trauma that keep you feeling fragmented, unfulfilled, or stuck in cycles of miscommunication and unmet goals. Through compassionate guidance and practical techniques, you’ll begin to uncover these subconscious narratives and start releasing them.

Stage 2: Healing is rarely linear. This stage focuses on integrating new beliefs and practices into everyday life in manageable, balanced ways. Mae shares strategies for emotional regulation, mindful awareness, and small lifestyle shifts that support long-lasting change without overwhelm.

Stage 3: Using guided visualisation and energetic alignment, you’ll explore how to empower yourself to become the version of you that’s creative, confident, and in flow. This practical approach helps you respond to opportunities aligned with your authentic vibration, moving beyond wishful thinking to meaningful manifestation.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll experience guided meditation, sound healing, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), tools that support deeper awareness and transformation. Whether navigating personal challenges or professional transitions, you’ll leave equipped with actionable insights and a renewed sense of clarity and freedom.
