HR pro, with a vast experience in the tech industry.
Born in Romania, raised in Jerusalem, now I live in Neve Monoson with my 2 daughters.

My non-linear (or uorthodox) career path, between various HR domains and fields of expertise, and very different-sized companies, has led me to a very holistic view of employee experience, candidate experience, and D&I in tech.
Now as an independent Diversity & Inclusion consultant, I meet with tech companies to help build their D&I strategy & plans, to lead workshops and build programs that create equity and fairness.

I'm a big believer in women and our ability to change the world, our seat at the table, and the importance of creating a space for ourselves, sharing our achievements, acknowledging our strengths.

Imposter syndrome - that feeling that you're a fraud and someone will call you out soon, regret choosing or trusting you, is a feeling that 70% of people experience at least once.
It can cause us not to apply for roles, or a promotion, it can cause us stress and self doubt.
During this lecture we'll learn to identify it and gain tools to defeat it and understand our real worth.

In order to advance in your career, people around you, and externally, need to be aware of your achievements, and your existence.
If your voice isn't heard, that creates a challenge, and slows down your career progression.
In this lecture we'll talk about the importance of visibility - how to share your achievements, how to create awareness to who you are and what you do, and how if it's based on facts it is NOT bragging.

As women, our mental load is pretty insane. There is so much to do, we have lists of tasks and many responsibilities, both at work and outside work.
We're like octopuses, holding many things in our arms at once.
Unless we learn how to manage not just our time but also our energy, this will wear us down at some point. There will be a time in our lives where we say "I just can't do this anymore / don't want to / this is too much".
So in this lecture we'll discuss tips & hacks to effectively manage our energy, avoid burnout, and shine. Be the person we want to be, understanding what to invest our energy in and how, and also - where to let go.
