Kim is the lead for WeWork's start-up activities in the UK, including WeWork Labs and WeWork Growth acceleration platforms. She is originally from the Netherlands. Before joining WeWork, she worked across 3 technology start-ups (of which 2 venture-backed) in the AI and Proptech B2B space, where she focussed on scaling revenue and operations. She also founded an edtech startup within social impact accelerator Zinc VC in London, and holds a degree from UCL (MSc in Technology and Entrepreneurship). Additionally, Kim spent time at Salesforce in Dublin, focussing on the enterprise market in the financial services industry. Kim has spoken, moderated, mentored and judged numerous startup events and programs throughout the UK and Europe and mentored numerous early-stage startups.
