Kim Gravell has led a dangerous life, which is to say that, until recently, she had a full time desk-bound job as a program manager for a major IT company, compounded with a novel-writing habit that led her to spend even longer hours chained to her PC. Fortunately a lifetime interest in physical well-being and positive psychology allowed her to develop a host of coping strategies. Recently retired from her program management role she now coaches teams and individuals on "Working Well" - how to stay healthy and happy in the working environment. When not consulting she continues to write paranormal thrillers to set the pulse racing.

With the frantic pace of life today we're often guilty of trying to cram too much in. This can have a negative impact on our health and well-being and also on our effectiveness in dealing with the very things we're trying to get done. Often it's the things we do without thinking that can have the biggest impact. In this session I look at some easy life hacks we can all adopt to take more care of ourselves physically and mentally in the work environment. Small changes can make a big difference so invest in your own well-being and come along. You won't regret it.
