Method Queen was founded after over a decade Keren filled VP Sales and Project Management positions. From a strategic point of view she acknowledged the need for an organizational adaptation to the post modern skill set.

Over the years Keren has developed management methods using communication while understanding the importance of meaningful relationships at work. She has trained hundreds of managers and employees and refined the optimal skills needed to lead the organization for growth.

Today Keren is focusing on passing the post modern work place skills through lectures, workshops & executive coaching while putting the story and the individual experience in the center.
