In this interactive and insightful workshop, we focus on what makes up an International/ Transnational Identity as well as how to foster a sense of belonging. The term “transnational identity” generally applies to people who have cross-cultural living experiences between their home country and the host countries. Such a transnational identity is common among internationals who pursue international careers. Awareness is a key factor in the transitioning process. We will deep dive into the Cultural Adjustment phases to gain insight as to where the participants place themselves.
Together, we will take a closer look at the feeling of Doubleness that many Internationals are challenged by and what skills Internationals have that are powerful tools but that might not yet be fully utilised and tapped into.
