A senior technology and security leader, Kari Anne brings extensive expertise across cyber resilience and recovery, risk management, operational resilience, and large scale transformation. She partners closely with executive leadership, CISOs, and regulators to translate regulatory expectations and risk appetite into clear, actionable strategies that protect customers, safeguard critical services, and support long term business resilience.
Known for her systems thinking approach and calm leadership under pressure, Kari Anne is trusted to navigate complexity, operate effectively in high stakes environments, and drive momentum across diverse, multi disciplinary teams. Kari Anne’s leadership style combines strategic rigour with empathy, enabling sustained delivery while building inclusive, high performing teams and future ready capability.

MY TALKS
Chicken Nuggets of Career Wisdom
Women in Tech, Diversity and Inclusion, Soft Skills, Security / Privacy

A candid reflection on the lessons I’ve gathered throughout my career, and what I would tell my younger self if I met her today.
I’ll touch on impostor syndrome, non-linear career paths, finding joy in the journey, and learning to recognize when fear and discomfort are healthy signs of growth.
This talk was originally shared with STEM graduates, but its message has resonated with women across roles, industries, and career stages, and hopefully, one day, it will turn into a book.
