Jess cares about helping others and creating positive impact. With experience across recorded music, artist management and music-entrepreneurship, Jess joined The Rattle in 2017, as their first employee and Community Manager - responsible for curating, growing and supporting the community of artists and startups. Three years later and The Rattle is a team of 15 with two locations and a vibrant ecosystem of 100 members. Through this journey, Jess has built a deep understanding of customer journey, community management and business development. Alongside her role as Director @ The Rattle, she's also a voice-over artist and mentor to several ambitious people in the earlier stages of their career.
