As a Managing Director in Accenture's UK Comms & Media consulting practice, I work with some of the largest media and communications companies on their toughest customer-related problems. I specialize in business transformation programmes powered by cloud technologies. I am one of the founding members of the global salesforce.com practice and over the past 15 years, have built extensive experience driving our clients to get business outcomes from marketing, sales and service transformations.

I also lead the gender and ethnicity I&D agenda for our Strategy and Consulting workforce in the UK and Ireland, focussing on how we recruit, retain and promote a diverse population to act as a better business for our clients and our community.
