I’ve been working in the tech industry for over 15 years, and most of my managers didn’t really see me as an individual or helped me plan ahead. Today, as an engineering manager and a life coach, I try my best to see every developer on my team as a unique person and help them find their own career path.
I will share with you how to ask the right questions to coach them into sharpening their strengths, values, and future vision, so they will find their purpose on the job.
We will discuss various growth opportunities and how to find them from within the company to support personalized growth for every employee.
Don't let your employees burn out and start looking for other positions! Make them shine with their unique wishes, desires, and superhero powers!
