Hila is currently living her 13-year-old-self’s dreams of doing research in the front line of technology at Google Research, focusing on reinforcement learning in large language models. She has 20 years of experience, in which she was, among other things, the co-founder and CTO of Lynx.MD and the CTO of Hello Heart.

Outside her day job, she founded the Workplace Intelligence program in Baot, one of the largest women in tech communities in Israel, mentored many women throughout their career, and is giving soft-skills workshops in various settings.

Hila likes to spend her free time playing music, eating soft cookies and painting blurry watercolor sketches in the sun.
