Hila is a Group Lead at One Zero Digital Bank. With 20 years of experience in software development, she has a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies. Her vast experience results from designing and building various systems, using different technologies, and successful deployments. In addition to her technical expertise, she is a people person who enjoys interacting with others, hearing their perspectives, and learning from different ways of thinking. This passion, perseverance, focus, and positive attitude assisted her in conquering two main goals: The first is establishing an onboarding process at multiple companies. The second is to define and build a guild system at One Zero, consisting of four different guilds.
