Knowledge Sharing at AI Speed

It’s about how knowledge flows inside organizations – and what happens when technology evolves faster than our ability to share and adopt it.

When the GenAI revolution arrived, individual learning didn’t scale. We turned our existing R&D guilds into a shared GenAI learning space, focusing on real use cases, clear security boundaries, and practical examples people could actually apply.

This talk shares what worked, what broke, and why in fast-moving environments, knowledge sharing must become continuous, owned, and grounded in real practice – not static sessions.

When establishing a new R&D department, we decided to aim beyond just building an exceptional product. Our vision was to nurture a robust R&D team and foster a culture of knowledge sharing, personal growth, and professional development through our guild system.
In this talk, I'll explain the benefits of a guild system and why your organization needs one.
If you're curious about the steps to build a guild and expecting a comprehensive checklist, here's the twist: there's no one-size-fits-all checklist. Guilds are designed to adapt to each organization's unique needs and spirit.

Throttling Like a Turtle

Software Engineering

What happens when a high-throughput production system meets a third-party API with strict rate limits, some of which cannot be changed, exactly when the business needs to scale?

This talk tells a real story from a live integration with third parties that failed not because of a single bug, but due to accumulated design decisions: excessive API calls, forgotten automations, noisy triggers, and multi-layered rate limits working against us.

I will walk through how we identified the true sources of load, separated business-critical actions from nice-to-have updates, and implemented smarter throttling based on user, operation type, and timing. We will cover practical techniques such as scheduling work for off-peak hours, feature flags, noise reduction, streaming instead of loading into memory, and adding observability for traceability.

This is not a talk about infinite scale. It is about intentional slowdown, prioritization, and treating system stability as a product feature. Sometimes, the fastest way forward is to move like a turtle.
