There are cases where we must develop systems but the product use case is incomplete.
One way to do that is by implementing a basic core app with pluggable parts that can be added along the way. The plugin system will allow the growth of the product for future needs with minimum effort, providing extensibility and flexibility.
In my presentation, I will demonstrate how to define the plugin system and identify which parts of the system will actually change and which ones will probably remain the same. I will give tools to implement this generic infrastructure accordingly.
Finally, I will describe how it reduces my development time later when I’ve added new plugins.
