Gili has delivered keynote lectures on humour, motivation and the future of work, with insights on bridging cultural gaps in global organisations. Her satirical workshops have inspired creativity and innovation in over 100 startups and businesses, using poetry and humour to shed light on the lighter (and sometimes challenging) aspects of work in the 21st century.
