Ghizlane Arifine (Ph.D) is a customer experience consultant with a dual career, Academia to Corporate.
She has spent 12 years working with organizations helping them improve their customer & user experience. Driven by her curiosity and passion for understanding customer experience, she built during those years a dual career as an academic lecturer, teaching marketing and customer research methodologies, and as a CX/UX practitioner supporting companies to become more customer-centric and create a strong competitive advantage through the effective voice of the customer systems.
Ghizlane is also mentoring and coaching academics transitioning to corporate in the field of customer and user experience.
