As a Vice President of Product, I lead teams to optimize product flows and systems, to create a long-term vision, and lead people to achieve goals in both B2C and B2B companies.

Previously, I worked at RSA, Wix, 888 Holdings, and two startups as a product development advisor.
I’ve founded a payments professional community in Israel.

Passionate about leadership, efficiency, and optimizing processes.
Providing guidance to people about their life choices is one of my greatest joys.

Imagine that you just joined a company that is experiencing extreme growth, and it feels like you're always behind, and it seems like the only solution is bringing more people.
That's what happened to me two years ago, when I joined Melio. The business was doing great and we needed to align our R&D with the pace of that hyper growth. We knew we only had two choices: Do less, or hire more people.
So we hired more people. But that actually slowed us down for a while, and we ended up doing less.
I had to rethink how we could scale our group while envisioning the roadmap five years down the road, rather than focusing on the immediate company goals.
Eventually, this workflow turned out to be successful and we managed to grow our dev team from 5 to 30 in under two years.
In this talk, I will share with you how you can do the same.
