Leaning into any type of career or vocation is important now more than ever. I found myself taking a career break from engineering and project management, something I never thought I would ever do. Four years in I realize just how much I have achieved in reinventing myself. Women are so flexible and can adapt to many situations. Most often, we make these choices due to what is happening in our lives. This should not be viewed as a setback but an asset. Studies show that the future generation will have 5 or 6 careers under their belt, so we are just getting started. Listen to me speak about my experiences throughout my career and entrepreneurial endeavors and how I stayed connected, even when venturing into industries I had never worked in before.
