Combining her technical background with cutting edge innovation strategy and a practical approach to stakeholder engagement, Frances is able to bridge the gap between Technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) and business management. With a track record of building productive relationships with both audiences, she is able to advance project and research objectives, quickly understanding the current and future landscapes to provide high level insight and analysis. Frances leads and delivers projects that address customer challenges through Human-centred design.

In addition to her role in the Engineering sector, Frances is a founder of Speak Out Revolution, a not-for-profit working to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in our workplaces.
