Flick started her life as a hacker from a very young age and has spent her life immersed in tech & racing motorbikes.
She is a leading authority in Resilience and Cyber Resilience, and she strives daily to ensure business's can maintain core purpose and integrity under duress.
Flick is a mature and experience public speaker having spoken at over 150 events over 2019 and 2020, with the biggest audience being 220,000 in May 2020. Her inventive approach in presentations won the martech award in 2020.
Flick won the Women in IT Security Champion of the Year 2020 and is passionate about bringing in Resilience standards to the industry to ensure people are not impacted by IT outages.
She lives in Winchester with her partner and son, three dogs and not enough motorbikes!
