MY TALKS
Community-Based Marketing & Engagement Strategy
Community / Networking, Business Development, Marketing
"Engagement strategy" is a marketing approach that focuses on communities rather than individual services. It takes into account the entire business model and how it relates to your communities (yes, multiple). It is therefore an integral part of what is known as "community-based marketing". Engagement Strategy disrupts marketing as you know it because it completely changes the notion of a “funnel” and of “personas” or “audiences”. It looks at marketing, sales and business from a broader point of view. We look at people and human behavior more than we look at cold hard numbers, which are often meaningless. Looking at engagement as a guideline instead of as a metric puts things in a completely different perspective for marketing managers and CEOs.
In my talk I will explain why community-based marketing, and engagement strategy are crucial to any business' growth.
Developing communities as one of the most important Marketing channels in the digital age
Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Business Development, Community / Networking
This workshop will cover the concept of using communities as marketing channels (both B2B and B2C). It will look at what a community is, why we need to build communities (multiple per brand), how to build them and how to manage them and measure their success. We will work on things such as defining measurable engagement indices, added values, and more in a top-down approach: from the Strategy and vision all the way to an actionable plan.
Objective: This workshop is intended to provide you with practical tools and actionable plans for community development and management, as a marketing channel. You should emerge from it with your own community strategy and plan. The Workshop includes 3 parts and is intended for a whole day.
