A graduate of BGU with a BA and MA in Hebrew literature, Efrat has spent a brief period in NGOs and Renewal Judaism before she was retrained by PayPal and became a fraud analyst. For 3 years, she led the Product Analyst team at Lightricks, and today she is a Product Data Scientist at AI21 Labs, where she is responsible for analyzing data and making data-driven decisions for the platform that develops LLMs and task-specific APIs for Generative AI. Furthermore, Efrat performs as a spoken word poet, she has 3 kids, and she lives in Jerusalem.
