Cornelia Bicherschi is a Senior Product Manager, speaker and Women Techmakers Ambassador who brings the human side of technology into conversations about product leadership, AI and the way teams work together.
She has over seven years of experience across product development, delivery and team leadership in fintech, payments, medtech and SaaS. Through roles at Endava, Appsfactory and Quant Network, she has contributed to products and projects for global, well-known clients including BMW, Škoda, Mastercard and Ottobock. Her work connects customer needs with business priorities and technical realities, spanning discovery, prioritisation, user experience, onboarding, billing and product delivery.
Her speaking explores the decisions and relationships behind the roadmap: how teams build trust, navigate uncertainty and take responsibility for the products they create. At microCON 26, she explored attachment theory as a lens for understanding product team dynamics. Her current focus includes how AI is reshaping product work and the role of human judgement, creativity and leadership.
Cornelia is a core team member of Tech Women Moldova and has joined Product Makers Romania as a mentor for its programme on the product role in the AI era. She is the creator of Product Blossoms, a publication and mentoring initiative focused on product thinking and professional growth. Having managed Product Owners and mentored people entering the profession, she brings practical experience and a thoughtful, approachable voice to conversations about building better products and helping people grow.

What anxious-avoidant dynamics teach us about product and stakeholders

Some stakeholders need a daily update. Others vanish for 3 weeks and show up the day before release with 47 comments. Neither of them is the problem.
I've been thinking about this for a while. The best teams I've worked with weren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the clearest roadmaps. They were the ones who trusted each other. And I kept asking myself - Why is that so rare?
Turns out, psychology had an answer long before product did. Attachment theory, the framework that explains how people connect, handle stress, and build trust, maps uncomfortably well onto how product teams actually behave. Once you see the patterns, you can't unsee them. And more importantly, you can do something about them.
If you've ever left a meeting thinking 'what just happened', this one's for you. Because the gap between a good product and a great team is usually not the roadmap.
