Billy is a recovering Mancunian and Co-founder of leading B2B tech marketing and RevOps agency, ENVY. For years she was also crippled by public speaking anxiety.... and now shares her journey to overcome it.

Her entire career has revolved around marketing B2B tech brands globally. From shiny new startups with a BHAG, to more established tech companies fighting for market dominance. BrandShield, Check Point Software, Nuvei, Fiverr Enterprise, IDE Technologies, Entro Security, Quantum Machines, to name just a few of Envy's clients. Oh, and they’re also HubSpot Diamond Partner.

When she's not talking about or solving [world] problems relating to tech marketing, you’ll find her trying to keep up with her two daughters and the crazy dog she was coaxed into adopting.

Infrequent downtime tends to include chewing on a secret stash of licorice, cracking up over Ricky Gervais, and plotting an escape route to Bali or Thailand, in no particular order.

Ex-Brit, who stinted in Australia and is now living hectically in Israel.

Personal story of how a young girl from Manchester, England, who dreamed of being in the Foreign Office ended up with a career in tech marketing. Obstacles and highlights included:

- Realising that I do not have a diplomatic bone in my body
- Accepting a temp job at a start up until "something better comes along"
- Being the youngest person in the company, followed by the only woman in the room for many years
- Battling men who had suggested quick ways to get promoted, on multiple occasions
- Confronting female colleagues who had insinuated that my promotions were otherwise earned
- Overcoming crippling public speaking anxiety
- Turning around marketing team performance at multiple companies while dealing with imposter syndrome
- Setting up a 20-person agency with a 9 month old baby in tow
....etc ;)

B2B companies are pouring 120% more budget into paid traffic, but are they actually generating more leads? Spoiler alert: Not necessarily.

The old playbook of relying on attribution models, single-channel strategies, and generic content no longer cuts it.

In 2025, the most successful B2B companies aren't running ads, they're orchestrating Go-to-Market strategies where brand, creative, and data work together to drive actual revenue.

First-party data will become the gold standard, as tighter privacy regulations force marketers to rely less on third-party tracking and more on direct customer insights. And while AI will take over repetitive marketing tasks, strategy, creativity, and execution will remain firmly in human hands.

Traditional attribution models? Dead. The smartest companies will measure success through correlation, not last-click wins, connecting the dots between marketing efforts and revenue impact.

I'll also be covering why,
- Brand awareness isn't optional
- Attribution is dead
- Diversification is key
- Marketing needs to prove revenue impact, not just lead volume
- AI is a power-tool, not a replacement

The Silent Career Killer: Why Speaking Up Matters & How Great Speakers Prepare

Ever sat in a meeting with a brilliant idea but kept quiet, only to hear someone else say it and get all the credit? Or maybe you’ve avoided speaking up at a PTA meeting, worried you’d sound unprepared or say the wrong thing? I get it. Public speaking, whether on a boardroom, on a stage, or even in everyday conversations, can feel intimidating. But staying silent is costing you more than you think.

In this talk, I will NOT harp on how staying silent holds you back professionally and personally. You already know that!

I will pull back the curtain on how great speakers prepare. Because here’s the secret: they’re not fearless, they’re just ready.

I’ll cover:
- My personal journey from public speaking anxiety to actual enjoyment (yep!)
- How to start speaking up in meetings, even if it terrifies you
- A behind-the-scenes look at how experienced speakers prepare, practice, and handle nerves
- Simple strategies to make your voice heard—whether in a Zoom call, a PTA meeting, or on stage

If you’ve ever held back your thoughts, worried about what others might think, this talk is for you.
