The talk draws inspiration from advocacy efforts exemplified by the LGBTQ+ community's fight for unity. Stanford University's Latino Entrepreneurship Report highlights the power of data-driven approaches, collaboration between academia and community organizations, and the surge in investment towards Latinx startups.
However, progress is uneven. Challenges remain for Latina-owned businesses, tech-focused firms, and immigrant entrepreneurs. The talk proposes solutions for a more inclusive tech ecosystem, including enhanced access to capital, expanded market access, fostering innovation through AI adoption, and building diverse entrepreneurial support structures.
This talk is ideal for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, data analysts, and anyone interested in leveraging data to empower the Latinx community.
