MY TALKS
Team Discovery - Different Teams, Different Paths
Soft Skills, Professional Development, Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion
Each team has their own ingredients, therefore each team has their own "recipe for success".
As you change between or into leadership roles, or when team members or goals change - different leadership style and methodology is required at each change.
Understanding the team is a first step, and learning to look at situations "with a fresh look" is a must.
But how do we do that?
Join the session and learn about the methods of understanding what works best for your team.
Building a Highly Available Cloud Service
Software Engineering, Backend, DevOps
What happens when Whatsapp is out of service for several hours?
Can you imagine building a service that is expected to work 24/7/365?
Cloud Architecture makes it easier to design such services, and with great user experience. With Cloud Vendors such as AWS, GCP and Azure - you can leverage their global infrastructure, load balancing, micro-services and serverless services to design an (almost) fail-proof system.
Join this session to hear about the top architecture elements needed in a highly available cloud product.
Submitting Your First Patent
Professional Development, Software Engineering, General, Innovation, Entrepreneurship

Many of us implement patents in our day-to-day work, and are not even aware of it.
