The Seven Sins of Organizing an International Women’s Day Event

** Note that the event will be in Hebrew. All genders are welcome!

International Women’s Day (IWD - March 8) is on the horizon, and as organizations gear up to acknowledge and celebrate this occasion in innovative ways, they often find themselves trapped in common pitfalls. Ironically, year after year, despite good intentions to support and accelerate women's equality, these pitfalls - dubbed "the seven sins of organizing International Women’s Day" - lead to disappointment, failed expectations by employees, and, tragically, even resentment.

Throughout the years and after organizing and participating in countless events celebrating women’s achievements in STEM, I've compiled a list of do’s and don’ts for hosting successful IWD events.

Join me in this free webinar designed for anyone interested in organizing such events within their company or externally. We'll explore the significance of these events, their potential impact, and delve into practical insights on how to inspire inclusion, even on a relatively small budget.
