Abstract:

You are a senior developer, that's great! Having thoughts about your next role? Come and hear all about what you should  know and how to build your skill-set towards an architect role (Even if it didn't even occur to you you can do it!).

Racheli, a veteran architect, shares the things you can already do to take your first steps towards an architect's role.

Bio:

Racheli Ebner, Senior Architect @ SAP

Racheli Ebner is a senior architect and a member of the cross-product architecture team at SAP with over 25 years of experience in a diverse range of technical roles spanning from development to architecture.

She is the co-founder and CTO of Dabra by SAP - an employee-led startup funded by SAP.io which ran for 2.5 years. 

She leads SAP’s 1-year architecture curriculum training program in Israel and has run multiple mentoring programs.

Racheli is passionate about helping women engineers promote their careers. She founded WIP - Work in Progress - in which she runs workshops and gives personal consulting.

Racheli holds an M.Sc. in physics and is a mother of 4 children.
