My name is Yaelle David. I am from France, located in Paris now after 17 years in Israel.I'm an interdisciplinary brand experience designer who works at the confluence of technology, design, product and strategy. Being a designer is a way of life. Every time there is a new technology or trend, I go back to school and learn new domains. I started in the packaging and brand experience industry, moved to the web inustry. Then UI, UX, AR/VR. Now I am learning and teaching AI.
Additionally, I consider it a privilege when I can make a social impact.
My purpose is to inspire people to connect to their purpose, to give them the courage to try things for the first time and enjoy the experience!

With over 20 years of experience in brand, design, UX, UI, and strategy in Paris, London, New York or Tel Aviv, I am passionate about providing meaningful and impactful solutions that align
with the core values and aspirations of the organisations I work with.

I hold a Master’s degree in Interface Design for Internet and Multimedia from the University Sorbonne Paris Nord, which includes a year of study in Performance Interactive Media Arts at Brooklyn College, New York. I also have a BA in Visual Communication from Visual Communication School of Paris.

In today’s landscape, having a core purpose for your product is critical, and integrating that purpose into every feature becomes essential. Companies must strive for a cohesive message that resonates across customers, employees, and the community.
This workshop is a 6 hours workshop (2 half days F2F or 4 online meetings )
We will go through a program made up of 6 steps including 3 games and 3 tools.
1) Humanize your product
What: Learn how your stakeholders and users perceive your product.
How: Chinese Portrait Game - 30 min - Ideally 7 people
Outcome: Product Identity, personality and character traits of the product.

2) Understand your purpose
What: Understand why your product exists and its impact on the customers, employees, and the community.
How: Superhero Game - 1h30 - Ideally 7 people
Outcome: Product Story, mission and vision of the product.

3) Define your values
What: Identify what your product stands for.
How: Red Lines Portrait Game - 45 min - Ideally 7 people
Outcome: Product Culture, values and priorities of the product.

4) Ideate your features
What: Translate values to features to fulfill its promise.
How: Values Translator Tool - 1h30 - Ideally 7 people
Outcome: List of features aligned with the values of the product.

5) Prioritize with meaning
What: Make sure each suggested feature is aligned with your values.
How: Purpose-Filter Tool - 1h - Ideally with PM.
Outcome: A value-based filter that challenges each feature.

6) Evaluate the connection
What: Make sure each suggested feature is aligned with your values.
