Vital information about stakeholders in a project or process is at times hidden right before our very eyes, but we just don’t see it (!). What we don’t see may be the most crucial element to defining a successful outcome.

Companies must develop bold awareness to their blind spots (starting with acknowledging they exist) and adopt a novel approach to mitigating them. The need to tackle this topic is underscored at a time that we cannot meet with all of our stakeholders in person due to COVID-19 related travel constraints. The workshop was developed for teams working on mission critical projects, involving multiple internal and/or external stakeholders.

For this workshop, Tzameret spent years codifying her successes, failures and lessons learned to develop a proprietary methodology that helps companies "uncover the unknown in their ecosystem" (TM) and develop high performing, resilient professionals, impacting top and bottom line results.
