Gil Baram is a cyber strategy and policy expert. She completed her Ph.D. research at the School of Political Science, Government and International Relations at Tel Aviv University, and is a Cybersecurity post-doctoral fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University.
Gil’s research focuses on national decision making during cyber conflicts and the reasons state actors are likely to decide various attribution strategies.
Gil has held fellow positions with the Centre of Excellence for National Security at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center at Tel Aviv University, and served as Head of Research at the Israeli think tank Yuval Ne'eman workshop for Science, Technology and Security.
