For over 20 years I was a Senior Software Engineer, System Analyst, Project Manager, Team Lead and Agile consultant.
I am 44 years old, happily married with two kids. I also practice Yoga for more than 15 years, like to draw, play piano and dance.
I immigrated to Israel from Uzbekistan at the age 18 with my family.

Working as a software engineer might be very challenging, stressful and competitive. After several years working like that, my system collapsed and I found myself in a hospital breathing into a paper bag. I wanted to find a drugless way to deal with it. So I started to practice Yoga and felt that it is really helping me. Since then I do it every day, continue to work hard and became very good at both.
