Why I like the Growth Marketing mindset… It goes deeper than marketing campaigns. It's all about identifying potential spots in the product to improve the bottom line, prioritise them, and then embarking on an ongoing optimisation and iteration journey to improve these KPIs. It's challenging, exciting, and never-ending.
